Okay for a fast food joint. The kids are polite, stay on top of keeping the place clean, getting your order right and bringing it to your table. It's a nice spot to grab a booth; down a double cheese and a sundae and watch life pass you by, in an automobile driving too fast down 6th street.

Not much to say. It's in a small town so it probably won't ever be packed. Bathroom Is not to clean. Employees are really friendly and nice. They even put out a little bowl of crushed up waffle come to munch on. Inside is fairly clean (could be better) and if you order a blizzard, don't turn it upside down or your money's gone.

We arrived late one night, on our way home from California. The food was typical Dairy Queen fare, but the staff was nice and we had a pleasant experience. Location is easy to get to from I-5. Yummy blizzards!!

Everything you would expect from a Dairy Queen. The place was well maintained and the food was prepared exactly as it should have been. I will always stop here on my way to and from Eugene. Thanks DQ!

The food was good and as best it could be for Dairy Queen. The counter service was fine too, but then it was downhill from there. The dinning room was a mess with many flies all over, dirty tables and floors littered with food and trash. My order was mixed with another and the confusion just continued with their staff. The cooking crew kept yelling "Fries Up" and other annoying alerts to the staff. Other customers asked to get their tables wiped down and waited. Nobody ever came out to clean for them or the others around me. I did not want to even know what the bathroom would like like. I heard somebody say it was bad as I was leaving.

I went to DQ with my parents and my 3 kids today to celebrate straight A's. It was possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. It took 45 minutes for our food to come. It wasn't just us. EVERYONE was waiting for food. There were as many people in line trying to get refunded as there were ordering. I think some people just gave up and left. What kind of restaurant gets that far behind and doesn't warn the customers? For that matter, what kind of restaurant get THAT far behind?! Ridiculous! Won't take celebrating here ever again. When our food finally did come, it was beyond sub-par. Greasy, soggy, made improperly. Just disgusting.

Fight in the parking lot between patrons and employees. Foul language being yelled by employees in the store. Not what I wanted my children to experience while at the ice cream shop. Unprofessional, unsafe, and foul. I won't be back.

Went to purchase an ice cream cake tonight for a Party on Wednesday. Staff could not tell me what flavors the cake and ice cream that was in the freezer. I asked if I can order a cake. I was told I had to come back in 24 hours to order the cake because the Cape people were behind. Are you kidding me......
